With No Judgement 1953 of January 27, 2011, the Supreme Court has held that there can be no equality between the dismissal and disciplinary dismissal beyond the period of behavior, as it is an objectively justifiable reason for termination and not a real challenge specification. In the letter, do not need a description of the facts relating to the cause, let alone an indication of the individual days of absence but a more general indication of the period involved.
