Parliament published in the Ordinary Supplement No 53 of the Official Gazette No. 47, February 26, 2011, Law No. 10/2011 (CD milleproroghe) which, among other things (paragraph 54 of Article 2), added to Article 32 of Law November 4, 2010, No 183 (cd Linked Work), paragraph 1-bis, which is as effective, as amended by paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of July 15, 1966, No 604, 31 December 2011.
" 1-bis. In the first application, the provisions of Article 6, first paragraph of the Law of 15 July 1966 No 604, as amended by paragraph 1 of this Article relating to the period of sixty days to appeal the dismissal shall take effect from December 31, 2011 .
