INPS, Circular No 45, 1 March 2011, following the entry into force of Law No 183, November 4, 2010 with which they have been introduced in Article 24, the new provisions on paid leave for employees who have to care with serious disabilities, provides a summary of the guidelines with regard to residence provided by art. 33 of Law 104/1992 and subsequent amendments and additions.
