INPS, Circular No 41, February 22, 2011, said that with regard to the aggregation of insurance periods abroad for the purpose of perfecting the contribution requirement for recognition of periods of maternity outside the employment relationship shall be deemed superseded the condition that the five actual contribution years required on application must be further improved on the sole basis the Italian contribution.
